Your first contact with Customer Success
When you sign up, you’ll receive a personal welcome email inviting you to sign up for a 15-minute call with one of our Customer Success specialists. We recommend that you take advantage of your 15-minute call even if you don’t have specific questions, just so you can touch base and make sure that you’re on the right track with your account.
Depending on your situation, your welcome email might also include information about setting up your MX and SPF records, creating additional email addresses, moving email over from your past email provider, or setting up your Hushmail account on a third-party email provider such as Outlook or Mac Mail.
You’ll also receive information about sending and receiving encrypted email and creating an intake form starting with a template. We want to make sure that you never feel left on your own to figure out how to use all of the features of your new account.
Education about using your account and more
To help ensure that you’re making the most of your Hushmail account, we’ll send you occasional tips about everything from using our HIPAA-compliant email and self-administered questionnaires to how you can use body charts in your forms.
You can opt out of these emails if you prefer. However, we’re always thinking of new best practices for communicating with your clients and developing new services to support your compliance. You don’t want to miss out on the latest!
